CSPDDE is a 32-bit Microsoft Windows™ application that provides a Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) interface to the Standard & Poors Comstock™ Client Site Processor (CSP).  CSPDDE interfaces to either Standard & Poors Comstock's Single or Multi-User CSP.

 

CSPDDE provides realtime access to all information that is available on the Standard & Poors ComStock™ feed including:

  • Instrument Pricing (Delayed and/or Realtime)

  • Fundamental Data (52 week high/low, Company Name, Earnings, etc)

  • Intraday Data (Price, volume, change, close, open, etc.)

  • News Headlines

  • News Stories

  • Statistics (e.g. Most Actives, Biggest Gainers, High Alerts, etc)

 

DDE Compliance

Using CSPDDE, any DDE compliant application can access any information available on the Standard & Poors ComStock™ Feed.

For example, using Microsoft Excel™ a portfolio monitor can be created.  As items in your portfolio trade, prices will be updated in realtime.

In addition, News headlines can also be brought into Excel™.  CSPDDE allows you to filter headlines based on News Source, Keyword or even by Ticker Symbol.

If your goal is display Standard & Poors Comstock information on a Large Scale Electronic Display, such as those manufactured by Trans-Lux™ corporation, CSPDDE will interface to any DDE compliant Trans-Lux™ driver available including those available from C-Scape.
